Kindness and real sportsmanship shown by Germany defender

Highlights on the world cup

The world cup is about to come to an end. Let us reminisce on some of the highlight that came from the world this year. One of the latest and that is always talked about is how Germany wrecked and raped as well as destroyed Brazil in their match against each other.   



Mo Farah out of Glasgow Diamond League

31-year-old world champion and double Olympic winner Mo Farah has pulled out his participation in this weekend's Diamond League event in Glasgow because of his illness.

"Sorry to everyone in Scotland but I won't be able to make it there this week" said Farah.

"I hope to resume training in the next few days and aim to run in the London Anniversary Games on 20 July and then the Commonwealth Games the following week."

He was admitted to the hospital in the US with abdominal pains last week. Farah, who is now having further tests in the UK this week due to the race over two miles in Hampden Park.

As he said, he remains confident of being fit enough to join the Glasgow Commonwealth Games later this month and confirms that in June, he would compete for England for both the 5,000m and 10,000m at Glasgow 2014

BRAZIL BRUTALLY EMBRACE LOSS TO GERMANY IN WC2014


9th July 2014, World Cup 2014 semi finals Brazil VS Germany had became the top list most shocking match in world cup history. World cup 2014 been held in Brazil where they are famous with samba football type even they had a very strong team from goalkeeper to striker. But surprisingly they brutally embracement loss to Germany 1-7 goal in semi final match in their home country and make their fan crying and upset. We can’t expect what we had expected and in football nothing is impossible even Brazil is the strongest team in world cup 2014 brutally lost. Aberdeen native Richie Ramsay struggling with shoulder injury

Home hope Richie Ramsay will give himself as long as possible to prove his fitness for the Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Open, which gets under way on Thursday.

31-year-old Ramsay was force to withdraw after suffering a shoulder injury in the second round of the French Open last week, but it is a must for him to play in his national open at Royal Aberdeen. "If it was any other event I would be home by now," said Ramsay.

"There would be not even a question of not teeing up. I know that i have a slight home advantage and this is the week to really use it." he added. It is the biggest tournament for Scottish players outside of probably the Open so he will have no chance to miss it.
