Baton goes to Wei Feng and Daren to keep Commonwealth gold

Lee Chong Wei has challenged Chong Wei Feng and Liew Daren to keep Malaysia’s good tradition in the men’s singles event in the Commonwealth Games.

“We have done well in the Commonwealth Games and I hope that Wei Feng and Daren will carry on the tradition. They are the next best singles players in the national team and I have confidence in them,” said Chong Wei.  

“They will face challenges from India, England and Singapore. I have seen improvements in Wei Feng and Daren at the Thomas Cup Finals (in May) and they can deliver the goods.”
