Ultimate Frisbee is fun sport that now a day rises up in south East Asia region where before this no one knows what Frisbee is. It played between two team of seven players on a large rectangular pitch. It was a simple game where you only can throw vertically, horizontally and ambidextrously over the spoiling defenders head, beneath his blocking arm , spinning, skimming hovering before our opponent can take or catch our Frisbee disc.   Now women also can play this game mixed with man.
